A collection that gathers paintings like “Poetry of Solace”, “Adonis”, “Veritas”, “Path of Privilege”, and many more into one place – pairing imagery, narrative, and the questions that shaped them.
Art is the breath of life, this is my study of it.
Paintings, Music, Film, Product Design, Video Games, and Books from an artist whose greatest work of art is his own life unfolding through color, texture, and years of introspective self-work.
“My soul sits in the shadows of my mind, watching the lights of life project onto the subconscious theater.”
A handful of pieces that sit close to the center of my practice – quiet meditations, hard questions, and small reminders to feel more than you analyze.
A solitary figure on a vividly lit path beneath a star-studded sky – a meditation on solitude, resilience, and the way memory can still glow in the dark.
A brief walk from early chaos and curiosity, through Thought Entropy, into the first steps of Self Work.
This is where I realized I wasn’t just making art – I was trying to understand why anything exists at all, and why I felt so much about it.
Scroll through a wall of nearly two decades of paintings – early experiments, turning points, and quiet favorites. No labels, no prices, just a flood of color and feeling.
Enter the archives wallThe “Self Work” series is a collection of introspective mixed media pieces that delve into the complexities of identity, healing, and transformation. Each painting is a visual acknowledgement of aspects of my ego which I am aware of and patiently assessing.
Truth is pain. Pain is growth. Growth is character. In 2019, I changed my life forever. I decided to become sober from an entire way of living, thinking, and numbing. This series sits at the crossroads of that decision and everything it demanded from me.
Much like painting is an artful process, so is the life experience. These works became a mirror for the inner monster, the friend in the shadows, and the permissions I grant myself.
These paintings came from a sober look in the mirror and asking myself questions only I could think to ask, and answering with paint when words weren’t enough. The Book of Shadow Work is the written companion to that same process.
Click through each painting and its writing. When you’re ready to go deeper into this journey, The Book of Shadow Work continues the conversation.
The difficulties of having relationships that are honest and healthy when I am arrogant or narcissistic.
When I am selective in hearing, I feed the monster only what it wants to hear, instead of being open to opportunities for growth.
Paintings led to stories; stories led to books. These two volumes carry decades of work, reflection, and the shadow conversations behind the canvas.
A collection that gathers paintings like “Poetry of Solace”, “Adonis”, “Veritas”, “Path of Privilege”, and many more into one place – pairing imagery, narrative, and the questions that shaped them.
I didn’t write this book to start another “project.” I wrote it because there were days when getting out of bed felt like negotiating with a shadow I couldn’t name. The Book of Shadow Work is part story, part mirror, part workbook – you’ll meet figures like the Boy, the Girl, the Cloaked Figure and the Monster, then use guided prompts to explore your own fear, resistance, creativity, and capacity for self‑love. It isn’t a quick fix; it’s a quiet room where artists, overthinkers, and the quietly exhausted can finally sit with themselves and translate what’s been hiding inside.
Dive deep into the transformative practice of shadow work. Confront the hidden parts of yourself and emerge stronger, more authentic, and truly free.

"I’ve been called an artist, filmmaker, writer, philosopher, 'a man of a thousand faces.' To me, I’m just alive, constantly trying to make sense of the chaos and connection of being here, and turning what I find into paintings, words, and worlds others can walk into."
In addition to his own pursuits, he has organized community events and served in leadership roles for art organizations, with a strong passion for helping others explore their own creative gifts.
When he isn't creating works of art, he can be found tending his garden, and spending time with his family.
